- Repair — most jobs take 30–90 minutes. We carry common parts (springs, cables, rollers, sensors, openers) on the truck.
- Test & tune — we cycle the door several times, balance test, lubricate moving parts, vacuum debris.
- Walk-through — we show you the repair, explain the warranty, and answer questions before we leave.
Warranty
Every Overhead Master repair includes an 8-year parts warranty and a 3-year labour warranty, plus the manufacturer's parts warranty on any component we install. We document the work on a written invoice — no verbal promises.
