02 / PRIORITIZE
Emergency & same-day repair in Ottawa
A stuck door.
A clear next step.
An open, displaced or unsecured garage door changes the priority. Describe the immediate risk first; attendance and timing must be confirmed directly.

If the door is stuck open, unsecured or off track, deal with it first.
If the door is stuck open, hanging, or off its track, the house is exposed and the door is unsafe to operate. Call rather than send a form, and describe the immediate risk first.
What we check first
- Making the door safe and the opening secure
- On-site diagnosis of what failed
- Temporary securing where a part has to be ordered
- Repair completed on the visit where the parts are on the truck
- A clear account of what is still outstanding
Same-day service
Same-day service may be available depending on the schedule and your location. Call us and we’ll confirm what we can do. A form request is not an accepted emergency booking.

Common questions
Is emergency service available around the clock?
We answer daily from 8 AM to 6 PM. No round-the-clock or after-hours promise is made.
Does filling in the form book a visit?
No. A submitted request still needs to be confirmed by us before it becomes a booking.
Can I pull the release to close the door?
Do not disconnect an open, crooked or damaged door. A spring or cable fault can leave the door unsupported. Ask a technician for instructions specific to the situation.
Can a repair always be completed on the first visit?
Not necessarily. We may find damaged sections, structural issues or parts that need a second visit.
What should I tell you first?
The door position, visible damage, whether anyone is at risk, whether the garage is accessible another way, and the service address.
